Kiosk system sucks! Placed order at 6:45pm & said we would receive a text once the order was ready. No text after 20 mins, we check with crew & it's "another 5 minutes" ...still no text after another 20 minutes. A bunch of people are waiting, crew should be helping. The lady next to me still hasn't received a text either. We go ask again & crew says "oh here's your order" ...now my mediocre food is lukewarm at best. Ugh! Why didn't I just go to In n Out like normal, my fault.
