Your wife was extremely lovely its just unfortunate that people like you cannot think to speak to staff at the time- if you thought sauce was missing just ask for some!!!! I am confused over your extraction comments - this is a small cafe tiny kitchen with a huge commercial grade system- any cooking smells you could smell were simply because we cook food here in close proximity to the tables. We have 5star hygiene rating and no body else has ever tried to put down our small independent business the way you have done. Shame. Your wife however thanked us for the service, gave lovely feedback on the homemade soup and freshly made egg mayo sandwich. We just have to accept that some people just like complain and enjoy hiding behind a keyboard to write a mindless review that has a real negative impact on a small family run business that a lot of time, hard work and effort goes into, you wouldnt consider that though.
