Today was my first time here ever, and I had higher expectations for this restaurant from all the great reviews. The food was amazing overall and the service was great. My server was Angela and she was really patient and on-time. Always greeting customers and having a great attitude. I will be back next time! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our 1st time eating here. Our waitress was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable about the different dishes. Olivia was our hostess and checked on us after our meal. She is absolutely adorable, professional, and so fun to talk with. The food was AMAZING! Is was fresh and the presentation was lovely. The portions are large and filling! We will be returning often! A true gem in Exton, Pa! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Five-star-plus experience at Hakata Exton Ramen & Sushi. The food is outstanding: rich, silky ramen broth, springy noodles, and sushi that tastes incredibly fresh. What puts this place over the top is the service. Jacob is, bar none, the best server in Chester County, PA. He gave honest, spot-on recommendations, kept a great sense of humor the whole time, and somehow remembered our entire order without a notepad or tablet. Every dish arrived exactly as requested and perfectly timed. The entire team is warm, efficient, and genuinely kind. Come for the ramen and sushi, stay because the people make you feel like regulars on your first visit. We left happy, full, and already planning our return. 5/5, highly recommend.
