*Updated* I came back with my husband to try different dishes and they’re all good, especially the Burmese noodles. The hospitality is so good that surely keeps me coming back again. I went through the whole menu this time and I spotted Malaysian/ Indonesian dishes too. The variety that this restaurant offers is amazing! ——————————————- I had this place saved for over a year but just had a chance to visit the other day. The atmosphere is great- beautiful decor with a mix of different SEA culture. The staff are very kind and polite. I was greeted by a Burmese staff (I didn’t get his name) and he was so sweet- he guided me through the Burmese menu but the dish I wanted wasn’t available on the day so I stuck with my Viet options. They offer a huge selection of Thai, Vietnamese and Burmese dishes. I ordered a Vietnamese bowl and spring rolls to take away, they were delicious! I’m definitely coming back to explore more of the menu very soon. Meal type: Other Price per person: QAR 50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tonight, I had one of the most unforgettable dining experiences in Doha at Hannan Kitchen Doha — and honestly, I am still thinking about it hours later. This was my very first time trying Burmese cuisine, and WOW what an incredible surprise. The flavors were absolutely magical. Every dish was packed with richness, warmth, balance, and soul. What amazed me the most was how beautifully the food reminded me of Thai cuisine — the same comforting spices, aromatic herbs, deep flavors, and that perfect harmony between savory, spicy, sweet, and fresh. But at the same time, Burmese food has its own unique identity that made every bite exciting and memorable. From the very first dish to the last spoonful, everything tasted unbelievably delicious. You can truly feel the love and care behind every plate. This is not just food this is passion, culture, and heart served on a table. But let me talk about the SERVICE because honestly, this deserves its own paragraph. The hospitality at Hannan Kitchen Doha was beyond anything I could have imagined. Warm, genuine, caring, kind, and so incredibly welcoming. The staff made me feel less like a customer and more like family. The atmosphere was full of positive energy, smiles, and sincerity. It genuinely felt like dining in a “1000-star restaurant.” Not because of luxury decorations or expensive things — but because of the priceless warmth and love they give to every single guest. And the sweetest part of the night happened at the end We were surprised with Mango Sticky Rice from May, the owner’s younger sister, and honestly it completely melted my heart. She was SO sweet, adorable, warm, and thoughtful. That small gesture made the entire evening feel even more special and unforgettable. The mango sticky rice was absolutely delicious, but the kindness behind it made it taste even better. Experiences like this are rare. Great food can make you happy, but great people make you remember a place forever. Hannan Kitchen Doha is not just a restaurant. It is a place filled with heart, love, comfort, and unforgettable flavors. If you are in Doha and want to experience authentic Burmese food with world-class hospitality, this place is an absolute MUST. Thank you for such a beautiful evening.
