Our management team here at Hanks, take customer service very serious and we want all of our guests to feel welcomed and valued on every visit. We also train our staff to treat everyone with respect; therefore, we will ensure that we will take the necessary steps to address and resolve this issue with our host team to prevent this from happening again.
