Hanna's Express

Thank you so much for sharing your experience at Hanna's Express! We really appreciate learning that Taylor provided such amazing service and we will make sure to share your compliments with our Leadership Team!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that your visit fell short of expectations. Your latte should never taste watered-down or overly sweet, and you certainly should not be asked to pay again when requesting a remake due to quality issues. That is not the standard of service we strive to provide. We also apologize for the condition of the seating area. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and we clearly missed the mark during your visit. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can address it with our team immediately. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve and serve our guests better. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience at Hanna's Express, Mr. Tanksley. We love taking care of our guests here at J Resort and we hope you'll come back again soon!
