Had dinner at Scarlett while staying at the hotel and was so sorry that I didn't get to eat here twice. Highly recommend the baked scallops that were absolutely exquisite, the beef and the panna cotta. Service was absolutely wonderful and I was seated in the private dining room which has original sand stone walls. Dining experience was an absolute pleasure overall.

Coming off a successful Sydney Harbor Bridge climb (so fun – super touristy, but also an amazing way to see the city), I wanted to locate a restaurant that was close to the Langham (but also open — Sunday nights can be a bit tricky in Syndey). Fortunately, Scarlett (located within the Habour Rocks Hotel) was open for two hungry travelers.

Scarlett Restaurant has launched a new Spring menu with new head chef Joey Dela Victoria. Scarlett Restaurant is a bit of a hidden gem as it hides within the Harbour Rocks Hotel. Head Chef Joey Dela Victoria loves bringing European and Modern Australian flavours with Asian fusion.
