Food was great, forgot our fries but it was busy so, understandable. The cashier seemed impatient and pushy. He was probably feeling the pressure. We were just stopping for food then getting back on the road so we didn't stay there long enough for may negative review. Overall, we were satisfied. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I actually didn't stick around long enough to get food. I went today and stood in line hoping to get a breakfast sandwich. There was a woman behind the counter helping the employee put something in the system ... turned out she was the customer. The employee had zero idea how to do what she needed, and she apparently had worked in a Hardee's before and knew how to do what needed to be done. But after she did that, the employee still couldn't figure out what he was doing. The two actual employees working with him just stood there looking at him. No idea if any of them were managers. I finally got fed up when they couldn't figure out how to make change and just left. I put this on the managers - if your employees are so new or so poorly trained that they can't figure this out, you need to be standing next to them assisting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
