Drove thru drive thru and sat at order screen for several minutes, no acknowledgment I was there nothing. Drove around to the window and asked how long does one have to sit at order screen before you acknowledge them? Ladies response... what do you want? No apology no excuse nothing. Service: 1

2 women works at Hardee's in front most the time, one dark hair keeps her hair in a bun the other has reddish hair keeps her hair in bun also , neither have the personality to work at a restaurant, their constantly slow, mouthy and not nice at all to their customers and the employees that work with them. We over heard the one with reddish hair tell one of the employees to get out of the restroom NOW and he wasn't in there but a minute or so, she was so very rude to him, Everytime we have been there the one guy named Chris is working his butt off and them 2 are constantly on him and he's the best worker they have, he's the only one that ever gets our order write I feel he should be the manager and get rid of those 2 smart mouth women. At one time he was taking our order and one of them made him leave the cash register and took over then she got our order wrong. Once we saw a lady washing a eating tray out of a little green bucket sitting on the floor beside the mop and some chemicals they have lost soooo much business lately because of those 2 women I think one is an assistant manager but with them 2 always standing around being slow and never prompt to take anyone's order and their personalities, My family, friends and I are eating somewhere else and won't be back there until those 2 are replaced. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
