I haven't been to any Hardee's in over a year because I seem to have a hard time getting food. Twice I ordered fried chicken (only one in my area that has it) on the app only to find out they were out and couldn't refund me(eventually corporate did), once they were out of food and drinks altogether; but had french fries. This current visit I ordered fried chicken. When I walked in, I was told 15 minutes. Knowing it couldn't be refunded, I figured it should at least be hot and fresh. It's been 45 minutes and I was just told another 5. It ended up being an hour and I have to be somewhere in 15 minutes so I don't even get to eat it . Don't worry, I've learned my lesson finally, Hardee's has lost my business forever. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Whoever the manager is at night has a bad attitude and really lacks professionalism. I understand mixing up orders happens it’s life I get it. But to keep muttering under your breath about it’s busy and it’s too much and you can’t wait to get back to your store ok what’s that got to do with my order? And why aren’t the employees communicating with each other? It’s like nobody wants to be there or speak. It’s sad times have changed so much that common decency and service is a burden. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They need to hire more people or something.. Idk. I ordered in app. Get there on time. Sit in the drive thru for 40 MINUTES. Go to the speaker tell them I have an app order. Pull forward. My food isnt ready. I ordered 10 piece with biscuits and a breakfast combo and it wasnt ready. And now I have to wait. I waited about another 20 mins. Get my food. And I have a super sausage meal instead of the superbacon meal that I paid for and its missing my blueberry biscuit. Go back inside and breakfast of course is over and I cant get the biscuit that I waited over an hour for. And when I ask for a refund, bc I ordered it online through the app, you say that you cant refund me and I have to call corporate. You have got to be kidding me. I want my money back.. its the least that can be done since obviously I cant get my time back. I want to also note that the woman that serviced me was not rude or unprofessional in any way. They need more workers to cover the amount of business that the receive. Meal type: Brunch
