We pulled up to the drive through, and they acknowledged us. I told her I was ready and her response was "Well, I am NOT and its going to be a few minutes, we have customers to take care of inside first" She left her mic on, and we could hear her yelling at the other employees, who were yelling back at her the whole time! 13 minutes later....she finally took our order...we pulled away with shakes, basically unmixed, a double cheeseburger with NO mustard and mustard was EVERYWHERE on the outside of the wrapper all over the SINGLE cheeseburger I received! And, hardly an of the fries ordered were in their sleeves!! I will say the lady taking our order was very nice, just seemed frustrated with the man making the food....and while we were there 3 other people had messed up orders!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I drove from Rantoul to this place for the Prime Rib burger and Triple Berry Shake. The drive thru woman was particularly unpleasant and immediately informed me that they were out of everything that contained triple berry flavor, their promotional items, right now. Okay I tried to order anyway and I am including the pictures. I ordered medium and got the same size fries as everyone else. The bags barely had fries in them and the prime Rib burger? Totally disgusting doused in some brown sauce that looked like crap, a few small pieces of rubbery bland bacon like meat substances. It was salty and bland. I just wasted $40. Please do yourself a favor and choose another location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

The reason for the 2 stars is the prices have gotten ridiculous?. 4 biscuits, and I'm paying almost $25. You can do much better, Hardee's. I'm not impressed. Unfortunately, probably will not be being at Hardee's again anytime soon. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
