Took my 2 sisters today around 11:30 am for the hot dog special...one of my sisters who has dementia loves the hot dogs at another Hardee's but this one was closer to my ther sister so we thought we'd try it. There were 2 employees behind the counter...the cook and the drive thru lady. I stood there for minutes without anyone addressing me. They conversed with other and served the drive through customers but never acknowledged me or the other 2 customers that came in behind me. After more minutes the customer behind me asked me if I'd been served, and I said no. The other customer said he had waited in the drive though for 15 minutes but with gas so high he couldn't afford to keep burning gas so he came inside. We all waited more minutes and still no acknowledgement. I gathered my 2 elderly sisters and left. We went to Chick fil a where they had a counter full of employees who were excited to wait on us. The young lady even offered to help take the drinks to our table. Every employee we encountered was pleasant, efficient and accommodating. What a world of difference! No way to run a business! The wait time here is ridiculous. Not to mention the food is not of a decent temp for the long wait. Not FRESH AT ALL. While service is poor I still believe this is a deep CORE MANAGEMENT ISSUE. How can you service guest in a decent time especially during lunch rush to customer satisfaction??? Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered delivery. Got the completely wrong drink, and got reminded why I haven't eaten Hardee's in years. Hashbrowns were old and stale tasting. Shoved too much food into a small bag completely smushing one of my biscuits on the bottom. Even the cinnamon roll was gross. Huge waste of money. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1
