During my first visit to the location I ordered a hot dog, when I recieved it, it was hard and inedible. I went inside and spoke with the cashier and she had an attitude and refused to have it remade after talking to the cook who cursed and and didnt want to do it. I spoke with the manager and he remade it for me all the while the staff was arguing and cursing at me. I spoke with the RGM, Melanie, and she assured me she would talk to the staff and make changes. I came back today and I was helped by a manager named Jeremiah. He dropped my card at the window and instead of apologizing he just asked for another form of payment. When I used another card, he accused me of snatching from him, cursed me out and then crashed out over it. I called the RGM again and she refused to help me or give me any above-store contact information. This store should be shut down, deep cleaned, retrained and restarted ASAP. It starts with leadership. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

very unpleasant experience. employees are rude. i ordered a cheeseburger got home and opened it and it had two bottom buns with a side of hair. i went back and asked for a refund. macrissa for whatever reason asked for the drink back as if she was doing it to be funny bcuz she turned around and poured it out with a smirk. the manager didn’t even apologize just handed my card and receipt back like it wasn’t no big deal. place needs to be shut down immediately Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wanted to stop and give a big shout out to Hardee's in Red Springs. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The service was fast and my food was hot and fresh.
