I’m a big fan of Hardee’s. I visited the restaurant on Tuesday 2 June 2026 at 1.27 am. The staff member was a woman and she was very helpful; she took my order exactly as I wanted. I came back the next day at roughly the same time, at 12: 47 am, and there was another staff member, a man of Filipino nationality, whose manner was very rude. I asked him how to change the payment method on the app; he replied that he didn’t know and ignored me. Even though where I figured out how to change the payment method, and I want to pay he ignored me for 10 minutes, didn’t take my order, and didn’t prepare my order as I wanted. I asked him not to include onions and pickled , and my order was placed via the Hardee’s app. He replied that I hadn’t included that in the description when I ordered via the app, even though I had told him before he made the burger, and he ignored me. I also asked him to add extra hot spices to the chips, and he ignored me again. Please deal with him. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Amazing Hospitality by Mary Staff. She is so talented and enthusiastic with her work. And food also was so fresh and delicious. Store also was well clean and organized. Thank you Miss Mary. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
