Our burgers were old. As if they were sitting for hours. The fries were soft and cold and the soda was off. We went through the drive thru and were going to eat on the road, ended up throwing it all out!

There is No consistency to the food!!. I live in Verona (17 years) and i'd rather go to W'boro, Draft or Staunton because Verona's is NEVER right. Not special requests, just the basic menu items are not prepared correctly. Way too much cheese in the Breakfast Buritto and Frisco Sandwhich missing American cheese. It's not a 1 time occurrence. Happens over and over. When brought to the attention of the staff, they do not care.

Probably had some of my worst experiences here. Came in October and they had roaches, bad service, bad attitudes, bad food (didn't try it just what I saw and heard while behind inside) dirty tables and floors, long wait times. Came inside today because I thought after 4-5 months things would indeed be different... I was wrong. Little bit cleaner so good job there. Service was bad. Apparently when you place big orderes it's very bad and they don't like. Well immediately while placing the order you can you hear the people in the kitchen shouting really people do you need that many chicken wraps( I ordered 6...so???) went ahead and canceled my order. Ask for the manager and explained what happened. And Asked for the number for corporate was told to look it up online, I said you don't have it in store. She said ohh it's on the doors. Walked out there wasn't a number for corporate on the door. Looked it up online and couldn't find it so I came here instead. Definitely not going to be back just warning people about the treatment you get just trying to place an order... definitely will be calling corporate when I get the number and yes it was the Hardee's in Verona Price per person: $90–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
