I just want to start off by saying.. I was excited about the new prime rib burger and this location was going to be my first where I tried it i order my burger a double the lady that was a in front , preparing the orders already had an attitude looks like she rather be any place , but there after waiting, I got my order and left got in my truck and realized they gave me the wrong order. I got a single so of course I had to drive back and correct the order. I said, Hey, I got a single instead of a double had.Showed the cashier the receipt she was real nice. She said, you can have it, we just we make you a new one the guy in the back made it.Then the lady britt. I think That her name the one preparing the orders and giving it to the customers she said, I'm going to need that burger back while holding correct order..I said they said I could have it, I don't care, I needed it back, gave it back to her. She just threw it right in the garbage had a terrible attitude like I did something wrong with my order. Food is great but the customer service sucks.. Even the other employees were shaking their head like she always do this ...SMH Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered a famous star with no mayonnaise I took one bite it had mayonnaise was dry and hard. Went back in gave it back got another one immediately and it was drier than the first one but there was no mayonnaise on it. I haven't been to Hardee's in a long time because that very reason was giving them a second chance but guess what they blew it we're awesome. They were not real busy so that's not the problem, it was exit 59 at the Love's. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
