Great breakfast. Employee named Wes who works the drive through and front register in the morning is very professional and efficient.

I went to Hardee’s and got my order. Came home and all my order wasn’t in the bag (I was unable to go back at the time). I called them and told them what happened. They wrote my name down and my order in a notebook and told me to come back sometime and they’d replace it free of charge. I went back today to get my order and they said they had no notes or anything that said that. My name wasn’t on any notebook. Then said they’d have to call the general manager. After waiting a few minutes the woman came back and told me the GM said they can’t replace my order. I then said that I had already paid for it and she said well the GM said not to replace it. I’m not one to complain about places. I usually just let it go because I know places are busy and short handed but this has happened to me at this Hardee’s multiple times. Every time it’s happened they’re not busy and I have to “pull up to the white line” and wait for my food and the wait is never short. There is no excuse for this !! Do better !!

Went this evening and waited 8 minutes on an order that was incorrect. Had to turn around, go in and get the order corrected.
