I've visited HRC's all over the world. But this one in Baltimore is just appalling!! A disgrace to the worldwide HRC standards. Where to begin... Our shop experience. There was no staff present at the shop. We wanted to pay our merch but there was no one there. I went over to the host twice and she said the manager was coming to help us. That took another few minutes. Then, we got our table after a 15 minute wait. Which was fine. As we weren't all too hungry, we decided to order 3 side dishes to share: the mac & cheese, marker greens and the house salad. The waiter asked what protein we wanted on our Mac & cheese so we went for grilled chicken. For drinks we wanted to have a look at the wines per glass. They weren't in the menu. And when we asked for it, the waiter said they are in the menu "but they do keep changing the menu so it might not be in there no more". We ordered 2 peosecco's and water. The prosecco's came in water glasses which was weird to begin with. As the bubbles would get to much contact with air which makes the bubbles die. When we got our dishes the grilled chicken was so dry! The Mac & Cheese not seasoned at all, the greens swimming in butter and water. No one came to check on us while we were eating. So we weren't able to let them know the chicken was dry. Later the manager came to the table and asked how it was. We told him the chicken was dry. He said he was sorry and wanted us to have a great experience. But he didn't do anything with the feedback we gave him. When we got the check, we were quite surprised that the price for a side Mac & Cheese was $23 ! We clearly mentioned to the waiter we weren't all too hungry and wanted share 3 side dishes. Apart from the service I was shocked to see what the ladies room looked like. I've enclosed the pictures. Unhygienic and just filthy! All in all a very disappointing experience and totally not what we are used to when visiting an HRC. The staff including manager clearly didn't care for cleanliness nor service standards. Sad. I had an absolutely incredible dining experience recently at the Hard Rock Cafe! The food was outstanding, just as I've come to expect. My meal featured the loaded nachos, which were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. I also indulged in the Messi chicken sandwich, a true culinary masterpiece. Every bite was a delight, showcasing the chef's talent and dedication to quality ingredients. I'm already planning my next visit to explore more of their amazing menu. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a fantastic meal.
