One of the best Harris Teeter's around. Fresh produce, clean store and bathrooms and friendly and helpful associates.

I called to ask if they had Any Mountain Dew ZERO Purple Thunder. The associate on the phone tried to help me find them and unfortunately they sold out I appreciate them! Wasn't able to get a Name but their Service is Unmatchable

Went here on 2/28/24 530pm for subs for dinner. The past few times had been lackluster, but I decided to give it another go. I was going to order online, specifically to avoid interacting with anyone at the counter, but the HT website said online ordering was unavailable for this store. Awesome. I proceeded to old school it and hoofed my way to the deli counter to order. Kaleb was the grumpy and in a rush sub maker that evening. Being grumpy and in a rush seems to be a prerequisite for working in the sub dept at this HT given my previous visits, so no big surprises there. He began by gloving up and touching the trash can behind him several times while firing in hard loaves of old bread. After peeling 2 suitable loaves from the paper they were stuck to he proceeded to make my subs, all with the same gloves on. I ordered a large Italian, but only after he started making the sub did he tell me that they ran out of pepperoni. Additionally I ordered a large turkey and cheese on wheat, but they were out of wheat, so I chose white. I asked for onions and it seems the store ran fresh out of onions too. He forgot to apply oil and vinegar as well after I asked for oil and vinegar 3 times. To conclude the ceremony both subs were thrown in their bags with as little care as they were made and off I went. Ironically enough there seemed to be plenty of pepperoni over in front of the meat counter and onions were a plenty over in produce. Needless to say, tonite was my last go at this HT for subs. It was a good run, but the good ol days are clearly in the rear view. Also, if you get a hankerin' HT, please do not reply asking me to contact you with more info so you can make this right. I have already given you several chances to make it right and you failed rather miserably each time. There should not be this much drama and difficulty involved when ordering a sub sandwich.
