This store is a hit or miss. The kids who work there are oblivious to say the least. I asked on a kid for some help and he straight up told me he couldn't help me with a price. Lol. I will say my cashier Ariannya was great! She was super friendly. She had excellent customer service and I really appreciate that coming from this generation. Hopefully she finds a better place to work

Said i didn’t scan everything in self check. Calling me a thief everything was scanned. Ask for a manager said same thing computer said everything was not scanned. Which it was. Apology with a smug grin. The computer was WRONG and this is the 3rd this had happened and all 3 times everything was scanned. Hope it was worth losing a family of customers who spent every month over 1500 in your store now not another dime. I left today’s groceries too over $60 plus. I do not go to places that treat their customers like this

I’ve been shopping at this Harris Teeter almost every day for nearly two years, and I never expected to leave feeling the way I did after this visit. While I was in the frozen fruit aisle, an employee approached me and asked if I needed help. I politely said “no, thank you.” Instead of respecting that, they asked me again—this time in a much more stern and pressing tone. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that no one else in the aisle was approached or questioned in the same way. As an African American customer, this interaction did not feel random—it felt targeted. I have never been accused of stealing from this store yet in that moment I felt like I was being treated with suspicion for simply existing in the store. It left me feeling uneasy, uncomfortable, and honestly unsafe in a place where I’ve been a consistent, loyal customer for years. No one should have to feel that way while doing something as routine as grocery shopping. I’m deeply disappointed by this experience and hope management takes it seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and fairness, regardless of who they are.
