My husband and I have eaten here several times and have always been pleased with the food and service. Today my review is about their customer service specifically. Yesterday I watched a grown ass male throw a child like temper tantrum for about 20 minutes. We were all at Fisher Brewing (excellent place to go, I highly recommended it) and a "gentleman" and his wife were seated at the bar. Clearly they were waiting for food while sipping on frosty beers. Taking into consideration the place was packed and trays filled with food were being served, I think most rational adults would realize it might take a minute to be served. Not this guy. Shortly into his wait (less than half a beer) he starts loudly complaining about the wait time. A server assures him his is next. Instead of waiting a minute longer, he storms out to the truck and talks to the gentleman working the window. The customer is clearly irate, flailing his arms in the air like a frustrated toddler. The worker was visually calm and handed him a bag of food. He stormed back into the bar. As he mowed down his food, he clearly hadn't said his peace and went back out to go on and on about his order, again, arms flailing. The guy at Harry's stayed calm, cool, and collected and when the rant was over, went back to busting his butt to serve the rest of his customers. There's always 2 sides to the story with these reviews (He has his own review posted). Props to the guy at Harry's for keeping his cool, and tantrum boy, grow up and handle any issues or complants you have like a respectful adult. Gotta admit, we felt pretty sorry for your wife. You looked ridiculous.

If I were just to rate the food, this would maybe get a 3/5 (food was just OK)... But, we waited well over 40 minutes and they couldn't even get our order right. We ordered from this truck when they were at Fisher Brewing. When we first tried to order, the lady at the window didn't even know how to ring it in--this was nothing complicated, just a chicken bowl with noodles and spring roll, and a pork bowl with noodles and rice. Not a good start. Over half an hour later, she said we were next up. I waited ten more minutes, then went back up to the window to ask where our food was. She said it was ready, and handed me a bag. My wife and I started eating, and lo and behold, they had completely screwed up our order. I had no rice, and my wife had tofu instead of chicken. According to their kitchen manager the owner told the cooks to serve the dining room in addition to cooking. However, the owner did not provide them with any means of taking tickets, or any of the normal systems a kitchen would use when serving a dining room. Regardless, there is no excuse for 40+ minute ticket times... oh, and the food was just OK, nothing special and absolutely not worth waiting 15 minutes for, let alone 45z

So I started my day wanting some food, precisely some orange chicken. I got to work and then realized this truck was at my job. Great day for some orange chicken. I get my food and realize it's not even close to orange chicken. On top of that they sauced up my chicken just like that with no permission. I felt violated. Soooooo I wasn't going to hold up the line to complain, I just ate my less than mediocre food and decided to call it a day and make a yelp account.
