Had a great time at Harry's Pool Bar The place has a really fun and chill atmosphere — perfect for hanging out with friends, playing pool, and enjoying a few drinks after a long day. The pool tables were well-maintained, the music added to the vibe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. What made the experience even better was the lively crowd and relaxed environment. Whether you’re there for a casual game, drinks, or just to unwind, Harry’s Pool Bar is definitely a great spot to visit in Queenstown. Highly recommended for a fun night out!

Horrible service from blonde staff member, wouldn’t recommend going here unless you love bad service. Still don’t understand how she still hasn’t been fired after all the bad reviews. Honestly rather play 8 ball pool on my phone than play here again.

Walked in with a group of 8 and greeted with the worst customer service from Danielle. If you could give a face of ‘ I hate my job, and everyone in it’ that was it. After proceeding to look our group up and down she refused to refund $5 peanuts after filling up a cup 1/4 full. Can clearly see from previous reviews this is not an anomaly. Cheer up love, you live in the most beautiful place on earth.
