The buckwheat noodles are slightly sweet and the dough is thick, but it is rare to be able to eat okonomiyaki (not to mention Hiroshima-style) in Nagoya. Of course, the sauce is Otafuku. It takes time to prepare, so you can order one teppanyaki that can be prepared quickly and eat it first!
