Hello Avaran, thanks for your honest feedback we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the coffee, but we’re very sorry to hear about the service you received. What you described is not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be addressing this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We are a small and locally founded business, with obvious growing pains.Regarding our pastries, we use high-quality, seed oil free ingredients, which does impact pricing, but we understand that value is just as important as quality. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide the full experience we strive for. We’d also love to learn more about your visit and make this right, so please feel free to give us a call at 954-605-8116 at your convenience.
