Heretik is a beautiful restaurant with a thoughtful menu and a great atmosphere for sharing plates. While not every dish was a standout for me personally, everything was well prepared and the overall experience was very enjoyable. My favorite bite of the night was the Basque cheesecake, which I genuinely think is one of the best in Denver. I also really enjoyed the deviled eggs with tuna tartare and the rotisserie poulet rouge. The service was friendly, the space is inviting, and I’ll definitely be back to try some of the dishes we missed, especially the uni toast. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
