I would like to share an unpleasant experience I had today at your King Abdullah Road branch. I ordered a burger and was given two ketchup packets. When I politely asked for one extra ketchup packet, the staff initially refused and told me they could not provide it. Only after further discussion did they agree to give me one more. What made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed was that another customer standing nearby was given additional ketchup packets without any hesitation. When that customer asked for more, the staff provided them again without any issue. Seeing this difference in treatment in front of other customers made me feel embarrassed and insulted. It gave me the impression that I was not being treated fairly. As a customer, I believe everyone should be treated with the same level of respect and service, regardless of nationality or background. I have always expected better customer service from Herfy, and I hope you will look into this matter and ensure that all customers are treated equally and respectfully.
