Ordered butter chicken and curry chicken. Good flavor overall, but the chicken is precooked fajita tasting meat or deli sliced chicken. If that’s your thing you will enjoy it. If you prefer more authentic tasting maybe go elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's been a long time since I sat down by myself in a restaurant and had a meal that made me feel like I was home surrounded by family. I had the Chicken Biryani, and the chicken was fall-apart tender, and the most exquisite balance of spices. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the Roti had that freshly-baked aroma and crispness to the exterior that can only come from being baked on the same day. It was very clear that the Chef puts their heart into every dish they make, and I cannot wait to bring my friends and family here to experience what I did today. Thank you to all of you at Highlands Indian Cuisine for making my visit a memory I will cherish for a very long time, and I look forward to making my next visit, very soon.
