I went to pick up an on line order, as I arrived there where customers in the store. The worker told me it will be just a few minutes. I noticed that there were tickets on the counter with bowls ready to be process. I waited 19 mins while the store associates continued to served the customers in line. Even though my online order was in que, they continue to ignore the online order. I waited a total of 20 minutes until I left the store. Store management needs to retrain the workers. Just because orders are online doesn't mean they get pushed to the back. They should be in line and completed in a timely fashion manner. This is unacceptable, upper management must act accordingly to this review. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited for 20-30 minutes other only need to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for the foods and when I go pick up my order ( which they don’t even started yet) they are telling me that they are out of white rice because they serve other first, but we get there first, we order online, what a waste of time and energy. The only star is for no wait to sit down at a table. And my kid has volleyball games. Now my kid is hungry because she doesn’t have lunch. Meal type: Lunch Atmosphere: 1

Had to try Hinoki Poke as a regular at Hinoki Sushi. 1000/10 the poke was delicious. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
