this is a tiny place with limited seating where locals go to drink and grab a bite. it's run by two very kind elderly people, they even speak a little bit of english. there is also english on the menu. we got the sashimi platter which was very generous, the grilled shrimp, the stewed eggplant, pork and chicken skewers, and fried squid. everything was delicious. super authentic and simple and a great time. thank you! Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

Authentic setting with a lovely kind elderly couple grilling and cooking the dishes in front of us. Really unique grilled onigiri which we never tasted before elsewhere, and super fresh sashimi. Grilled and fried dishes were wonderful too. We wanted to add more orders at 830 pm and the couple told us we would miss the free fireworks at the lake if we waited for the dishes. Thanks to them we realised there were fireworks! They even reminded us to be careful rushing over to the lake. Super reasonable prices too despite the high quality. A small and nice local restaurant operated by a couple. Babeque food is grilled on spot and sashimi is very fresh. The restaurant keepers and their guest are friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the vibe. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
