Everything is very tastefully decorated; The character and charm of the 17th century inn has been lovingly preserved. The room booked for our guests was clean, warm and quiet. They would have liked to stay longer. In short: RECOMMENDATION! !

I spent a night in the Red Horse with my grandchildren on our bike tour down the Main. The inn is in close proximity to the Main cycle path. It dates back to the 17th century, so we had a rustic and very beautiful room with old beams. We had a quiet night and a very good breakfast. The innkeepers were very welcoming. If the opportunity arises, we would love to come back.

On a Main Cycle Path tour on July 18, 2023, I stayed overnight in Kitzingen Hohenfeld at the Landgasthof Rotes Roß, which is located near the cycle path. The inn was built in 1604 and is a real gem. I also received a very friendly welcome and spent a quiet night in a very tidy room. The breakfast was also great. My conclusion: Any time again!
