Today 28/02/26 the Raspberry & White Chocolate muffins, were sloppy uncooked dough and I was so disappointed and wanted to call to say could I have a pass for 2 more but they don’t have a phone number to call on, so here I am. There was something wrong with those muffins today (taste was there) they came out of the oven with a top not risen just spread out. Whatever it was the muffin didn’t rise it just spread, pushing out the circumference at the top instead of rising they melted basically uncooked. Therefore they were both a sloppy mess in which there were only about 3 or 4 morsels of actual cooked muffin on one and 2 on the other around the outer circumference of them. I love these muffins and I was happy to pay a pretty penny for them when I felt like having one because they are so tasty, but was very disappointed today. I bought 2 today with a large coffee $21-$22. I have noticed that this has been happening but never sloppy uncooked muffin dough like today. Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Really disappointed in the service at 10.30am today. I came in for a muffin and the blonde server took my order without even speaking to me. The entire transaction was non-verbal on her behalf. She didn’t even offer the tap and go machine to me, I had to look for it myself to complete my order. Terrible customer service. Service: 1

Got insanely horrific food poisoning here today. I have never had the food from Holla only coffees as it’s very close to my home. Today I came in and got a ham and cheese crossiant and have been hit with the worst food poisoning of my life. Holla please look at your safety and hygiene / infection control procedures. Food: 1
