Dumplings were pretty good! Would eat there again. The shrimp shumai and shrimp dumplings were my fav. The custard bun was yummy. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Recommended dishes: Dim Sum, Custard Bun

Poor management and disappointing customer service. We placed our order and waited for our food. After taking our order, the waitress went to the kitchen, and no one else checked on us. While we were still waiting, another customer arrived and was served the remaining food that we had been waiting for. When we asked about our order, the staff told us that we should have told the waitress if we needed the food sooner. That response was frustrating because we had already placed our order and expected it to be prepared in the order it was received. Customers should not have to remind staff to serve food that has already been ordered. We were also asked to clean our own table after eating. Overall, the management and customer service were disappointing, and we left feeling ignored and unwelcome. This version sticks to what happened and explains why the experience was disappointing, making it more persuasive and credible for other customers. Finally made it to Honey Bakery today! 3 hour round trip but so worth it! Service is so friendly & food is delicious and authentic. Will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Dim Sum, Steamed BBQ Pork Bun
