I’m from New York so I feel confident in saying that this is a *very* good cocktail bar, with standout drinks that incorporate local Korean ingredients and cultural elements. The cocktails rival what the best we had in Seoul. The staff is also lovely—knowledgeable and joyful, and they speak great English for any foreigners. The vibe and aesthetic are cozy yet upscale and elevated, would highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great bar. Was travelling from out of town and was lucky to stop in this cocktail bar because it was nearby. This place oozes with character and creativity. I tried the yang mac - an IPA recreation, and a clean tomato-amaro mix. Great cocktails, great prices, great vibes. Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hongdan is one of the most unique bars we have visited in Korea. Their theme is to infuse traditional Hongdan is one of the most unique bars we’ve visited in Korea. Their concept blends traditional Korean ingredients and techniques into modern cocktails, resulting in truly delightful flavors. The bartenders speak fluent English and thoughtfully explain each drink as they serve it, which addsba lot to the experience. The food looked fantastic. We just wished we hadn’t already eaten dinner! The ambience is cool and sophisticated, with subtle traditional Korean touches that feel both humble and elegant. If you love cocktails and want to try something creative and different, you absolutely should check this place out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
