Sat inside for 40 mins to be told they can’t make the food at all so ended up with no food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Ordered 2 double smash burgers. One with cheese and one with out, they both came with cheese on. They also forgot to add lettuce and onions as shown on the menu. For the price you pay you’d expect better. Edit: I tried phoning the shop at 19:48 it just rang out no answer. I wasn’t going to drive back the shop to get food right which should’ve been right in the first place and no the food wasn’t entirely eaten, my wife asked for no cheese and cheese was on the burger, she only ate round the edges. My burger was OK but would’ve been better with lettuce and onions as shown on your menu. Up your customer service levels. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

Why didn’t you just phone the shop or re-enter ? Photos please of the burgers that show they’re different than advertised ? Did you eat them ? Did you enjoy the taste ? Could this have been easily resolved had you contacted us ? Does this really warrant a 1 star review ?

Been going to Hotbox for a while now and the old menu was already incredible, but this new menu is another level. The sandwiches are unbelievable, especially coming from me as a fussy eater. Once again, you’ve absolutely knocked it out the park. Great food, great service, and I’ll definitely be back next week. I’ll also be recommending Hotbox to friends and family. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
