Unfortunately I am not satisfied with my stay at the Estense and will never return. First of all, I find it absurd to charge a 2 month old baby who doesn't use any services, it's not the hospitality I remembered finding in Romagna years ago, in other structures... But let's get to the stay and the services, the parking free praised on booking doesn't exist it's paid, the free one is municipal not the hotel's, the Friday aperitif praised upon arrival canceled without even warning or apologizing, annoying Romagna evening, you couldn't even converse with the person in front I couldn't wait for it to end. All-inclusive service does not include beer and all drinks taken at the bar. The bike service is good even if you have to inflate the tires yourself. Low level cuisine, without pretensions, something is saved like passatelli, but the rest of the dishes all have the same flavour, anonymous. Breakfast with poor quality products, a counter of defrosted stuff, donuts, pancakes etc etc fruit often cut too many days before inedible service, scrambled eggs always overcooked like an omelette, nothing that can make you have a healthy breakfast anyway. Room with adequate spaces in a modern style, there were shoe prints on the wall, handfuls, very ruined probably by the season but it could have been arranged a little better, anonymous like their dishes and their sense of hospitality. Excellent hotel. Even if it is a 3 star it deserves a 4 star. It also has a SPA with wellness circuit. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic, Quiet, Great value, High-tech

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel Estense durante il weekend del 9 colli gara amatoriale ciclistica abbiamo prenotato con una Smartbox e non ci sono stati problemi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile Inoltre nel frigo c'è stata regalata una bottiglia di prosecco l'hotel dista circa 200 metri dal mare complessivamente mi reputo soddisfatto.
