The three of us were here for the second time today and had a great experience. Reception and staff very nice and friendly. Room very clean and large for three people. Breakfast is sufficient for a three star plus hotel. And the associated restaurant is excellent with a very good selection of dishes and perfect staff and is always very busy at lunchtime and in the evening. We'll definitely be back. We were guests at the Hotel Graf this weekend. The reception was friendly and uncomplicated. The rooms were ok, the only thing that wasn't nice to look at was a huge stain on the curtains. Unfortunately there was no soap available for washing your hands or the soap that was available was empty. By asking kindly, the soap was quickly refilled. Unfortunately, we were seated away from the other guests while having breakfast. We still don't know why. Unfortunately, we received little or no attention at all. The breakfast was still good and sufficient. It's a shame because I've only heard good things about the hotel. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 3

Mostly positive my stay. There are a few points of criticism, however. When I arrived the room was very cold as it was not heated. I had to turn on both radiators myself, but they only warmed up slowly. I was also disappointed that the room had neither a small fridge nor a kettle. The water on the tap takes about 3 minutes to warm up and in the shower it takes an unbelievable 7 minutes to even get hot for a shower (the first 5 minutes is bitterly cold). During my 4-night stay, the staff stormed into my room 3 times without notice or knocking. The walls aren't supposed to be very thick either, as I often heard conversations and music from roommates late into the night. Otherwise I am pleasantly surprised by my room. It is very modern and nicely designed and I also really like the style of the bathroom. The room has a good size and you feel comfortable. I also liked the lighting very much, the ceiling lamp in particular stands out because it consists partly of a stretched cloth. The bedside tables are a good size and fit in well with the room. The padded wall at the head of the bed is also very comfortable. A lot fits into the closet and an extra blanket is also available. The TV is also perfectly acceptable. On the whole, however, my stay was very pleasant, especially since the staff is very nice and well trained. In any case, I can recommend the Hotel-Gasthof Graf with a clear conscience, despite the small flaws. Thank you for reading:). Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Kid-friendly
