I stayed in this hotel for New Year's Eve 2024. Excellent family-run hotel, very helpful staff, clean facility complete with SPA and heated indoor pool. Excellent location, very close to Merano (2 min by car from the station). Thanks again for your hospitality Rooms: Spacious, clean, with balcony and excellent view Food & drinks: in the area there are numerous restaurants including Forst Forest and a shopping center with numerous solutions Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio here is not at all... The location is good. The rooms were tidy and towels were changed if necessary. Breakfast is OK. If you got a room that has already been renovated, you're lucky. In most of them there is carpeting and bathroom tiles from the 70s in dark brown with flowers. The shower fittings are also very old, so you can only choose between hot and cold. The cats and their smell are a total disaster, of course nothing is mentioned about this on the homepage. It smells very pungent, which people try to drown out with scent plugs that simply smell bad. We will not visit this hotel again. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet

Very bad hotel. The Hotel Laurin is more of a cat hotel. The cats run around everywhere and even come out of the kitchen. The smell of the cart, from which we mark, is also drowned out by scented fresheners that are in every socket in every river. The rooms are from the 1970s, never renovated. We didn't stay overnight here. The recessions given here are not correct and do not correspond to the facts. Certainly, well, adequate for cat lovers. For vacationers who like cleanliness, this hotel is absolutely not recommended. Location: 1
