Огрмный плюс - тёмные комнаты. Решение вежливый, но не всегда может решать вопросы заювпет поо прстбы клиентов, бвл плохой интернет, но его исправили.

Отличный отель, рядом с морем. До центра минут 10. Гостям подают прохладительные напитки.

so I’ve arrived at the hotel a was told the room I should be in was overbooked, I was then told that id be “upgraded” for the first night. I left my things in my room and when I come back after food there was a leak from the ceiling which had left a huge puddle on the floor, I then noticed a cockroach as well. I notified the staff at the front and they tried to brush it off as if it was only small. I then asked them to come an see and they said I’d be alright for the night. I then asked her who would be at fault if i was to trip on the wet floor as it was a big puddle , she shrugged and said let me speak to my manager. After that she came back an said she would send house keeping. We had to wait an hour an a half for house keeping to come which we had planned to go back out. By the time house keeping had come I had used a hotel towel to try to amend it as I assumed they wasn’t coming. We was then left in that room an offered no compensation for the inconvenience or apology. Their was also a few other things wrong with the room including the holes in the wall, mold on the doors etc which I have pictures off. The day after we moved room and upon entering the new room the balcony door wouldn’t lock, the chair outside was broken and the shower didn’t have a bracket to hold the shower head. In addition we was 2 rooms down from the lift which had a door on, all night you’d be woken by the door slamming open.avoid at all costs Service: 1
