The hotel looks really fancy from the lobby but we got a regular room so it wasn't anything fancy. The furniture were very old, you could see scuff marks and the signs of wear on the room. They were also very stingy with their towels, only 2 provided with no spares. It didn't look very clean overall. There are no elevators so be prepared to carry luggages up and down. The lobby area is beautiful though, they have a really fancy gym and pool. I'd highly recommend making use of it.

Quebec-owned hotel chain I think? The hotel stationary said Jaro hotels: Palace Royal Plaza L'HÔTEL QUÉBEC Hotel Must HÖTEL QUÉBEC Hotel Lindbergh Auberge Québec Hotel Quebec Inn (belong to same hotel group according to the stationary) Looked like a resort. Lavish indoor family-friendly pool in tropical forest greenhouse, surrounded by rooms. Good sound insulation. No hidden fees. Has weight room (good) but was closed early or out of order. No elevator. Openable window. Decent restaurant. Adjustable window AC. Spacious room with desk and luggage stand and no offensive smells, no major mold smell. A hand towel was not well-cleaned, but you were provided with so many towels that the rest were quite clean. Wakeup call service failed. Compared to other hotels nearby, highly recommend, as long as you have your own alarm clock and are not mobility impaired. Uber and Lyft did not work (25min wait), so ask the front desk to call a local Quebec taxi and it should arrive within 2-4 minutes, much better.
