This hotel should be completely avoided No hot water in the room Poorly soundproofed room staff who lie to customers and look down on them We are told that the swimming pool is open and the sauna also happens to us, nothing at all happens to us Dirty bed Disrespectful staff on the phone when discussing reimbursement We paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights (without having been reimbursed even a small portion) when we didn't even spend the first night we left directly because we feel bad in this horrible hotel Thank you for our first vacation at Sky you ruined our trip Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Young people offended that the outdoor swimming pool is not open in the middle of winter While we indicate on our sites that it is only open from June to September. Of course the sauna is open. Repas au restaurant de l'hôtel des lacs pour une soirée Halloween très sympa, avec karaoké. Apéritif au bar avec une planche fromage/charcuterie et menu burger Halloween, frites de patate douce excellentes!! Equipe dynamique et souriante. A recommander !!

Quelle belle surprise de tomber sur l'hôtel des Lacs au pieds de l'échappée Jurassienne après 27km de randonnée et que la pluie s'invite. Malgré que nous n'ayons pas réservé, nous avons été accueillies très chaleureusement, les chambres sont parfaites. Malgré que le restaurant était fermé ce soir là on nous a indiqué un petit snack à 2 pas "chez Sam" où nous avons pu nous restaurer. Nuit calme et super petit déjeuner dans une salle magnifique. Cet hôtel et ses employés sont à decouvrir. Merci pour tout. Magali et Céline. 2 randonneuses chat noir
