First and foremost, food safety and strict quality control are our absolute top priorities. Every ingredient—from our meats and seafood to our tofu and produce—is inspected daily and prepared under rigorous kitchen standards. Because we take health and quality so seriously, we are deeply concerned by your comments, as they do not reflect the standards we uphold every single day. We would also like to clarify a few details regarding our menu and layout to prevent any confusion We offer a wide variety of complimentary broth bases—including our Tom Yum, Clear Spicy, Golden Savory, Korean Kimchi, Curry, Tomato, and signature Herbal broths—all entirely free of charge. We only charge a small add-on fee for specialized premium options, as clearly noted on our menus. To prioritize cleanliness, quality, and food safety, we transitioned away from self-serve machines to individually packaged single-serve cups. We intentionally selected Hershey's Ice Cream, a trusted brand with over 100 years of consistent quality. Our staff is always happy to bring individual cups to your table upon request. Our dining room features individual tabletop induction burners with built-in smokeless ventilation filters. Because these ventilation systems are built directly into the tables, the tables are stationary. While this limits reconfiguring furniture, we frequently host large groups and always strive to accommodate big parties comfortably. We regret if the arrangement for your group of eight felt less than ideal. We apologize for the mix-ups with duplicate or missing items during your meal. Even during quieter lunch hours, delayed or missing items are unacceptable. We are actively reviewing our ticket process with our service team to ensure orders arrive promptly and accurately. While we are glad our private parking lot provided convenience for your trip, we are truly disappointed that the rest of your experience fell short.
