Lake Katherine Nature Center can be on your route by default, the guests' recommendation is to come to this fast food. Rode by this place today, it is now closed. I was surprised it lasted as long as it did. But you could see the decline in the place little by little. First Demon Dawgs closed, now Hound Dogs, it's going to be hard to find a good hot dog on the South side. From the signage on the store, it's going to be a Mexican restaurant. And if you look around the area, there are several decent Mexican places already.

Pretty dirty inside. My table had poppy seeds from who knows how many people eating there before me. (Only 2 tables total to choose from). BUT, these hot dogs were amazing. Made PERfectLY, and fries were very hot and fresh. Well worth the $7.00 for two dogs & fries. I can't wait to come back.
