Outstanding is the word that comes to mind. Our experience started with Catherine the hostess who great...Our server Victoria was very attentive and helpful with the menu. The cocktails were delicious!!! The food was plated just right. It was our first time there, so we were not sure what to expect. It was a Friday night, they had a great live band. Outdoor seating was amazing. So the menu changes every day. What other restaurant can say that...… They are closed on Sunday's and Wednesday. They do open the 1st Sunday every month for brunch but you better make a reservation early. The owners are also in kitchen, everyone from mother, husband, wife and son. We were surprised by a visit from the owners and were honored to hear their story and meet them. The food was delicious with an authentic NOLA taste. The desserts were out of this world!!! I highly recommend H'ours Creole Smokehouse and we will definitely be back with family and friends. See you soon! AKA the folks from Baltimore and Louisiana now in living in Florida.

Another amazing dinner at H'ours Creole Smokehouse in Tarpon Springs. The food pictured didn't come plated exactly as pictured because we already took a bite or two. We visited on Friday night, I called to make reservations for 7:15pm. We arrived at 7:15pm and were seated right away. Our table ordered margaritas and a bloody mary and both were great drinks. They have a great list of specialty drinks but we stuck with what we knew. We ordered the gumbo which I hadn't tried before and it was so good! For dinner I ordered one of the specials that day which was redfish with shrimp on top, a 5 pepper sauce and gouda grits. My husband ordered the shrimp and crawfish etouffee with crab on top. My father in law ordered the veal. The food was absolutely amazing. My husbands dish was slightly on the spicier side but still great! We finished off with the bread pudding which is the best I've ever had!! This restaurant is a must try if you haven't yet. We have put it on our regular list.

I went to H'ours Creole Smokehouse last night (Tuesday night). The atmosphere was great outside with it being a cool night it was great to sit by the fire. I started off by ordering a bloody mary which was nice and spicy with great flavor, it came topped with 3 olives, a lemon and a lime. Others in my party ordered a special drink called Rudolph and another ordered a lemon drop martini. All the drinks were great. We all ordered some of their special of the day .75 chicken drums. They were fall off the bone and so good! I ordered 2 thai chili and 2 hot and I enjoyed both flavors. For my main entree I ordered the tilefish (pictured with a bite out of it already because I forgot to take a picture before eating) which was to die for!! So many anazing flavors together that just made this dish. Others in my party ordered the fried green tomatoes, the butterfish, the drunken scallops and a beet salad with shrimp. Everyone had many compliments to the chef. If I had to add one small downfall, it was that our appetizer wings took a long time to come out but we were enjoying our night and the server brought really good fresh bread so it wasn't too bad. Some people in my party ordered wings togo after dinner and they got them out quickly so the kitchen must have just been busy earlier. Highly recommend trying!Edited: We have been to H'ours many times and we always have amazing food, drinks and service. This is truly a must have restaurant!!
