The owner apparently believes basic courtesy is optional. I wasn't greeted when I walked up, and when I asked a completely reasonable question, I was met with nothing but attitude and a sassy face. No "thank you," no "have a good day”, just snatched my buzzer and handed food. Not even a fake smile, come on dude. I was the one smiling and saying thank you to him. Ironically, the employees are actually nicer than the owner and that's saying something, because they aren't exactly friendly or welcoming either. If this is how the owner treats paying customers, I can only imagine how the employees are treated behind the scenes. As someone who works for a small business, customer service is everything. Especially if you can get the same burger and fries down the street for a cheaper price and a better attitude. To the owner guy, because I truly do hope you read this. This post isn’t just to complain, it’s to bring to your attention that the way you act is influencing customers and not in a good way. And after reading some other reviews, it’s apparent I’m not the only one who thinks this. Which is dire because your food is good, but I’m completely turned off of it now because I know I’m just supporting your bad attitude. Also, you’re supposed to set the example to your employees. Yet you have the worst attitude in the state of Oklahoma. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to howdy burger and ordered the waygu burger and it was terrible. It was mostly bread and sauce with a paper thin patty that was burnt to a crunchy crisp. If you enjoy bread and sauce for $14 then you'll love this deal!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

I am, admittedly, not the biggest fan of burgers, and if it weren't for my coworker, I wouldn't have ever tried this place. But... I think Howdy has successfully converted me. It might look like a kitschy fast food chain, but their food is unlike anything I've had before. The buns are made fresh by a local bakery and delivered every morning, the patties aren't pre-made or frozen -- the meat is mixed in front of you, and it all comes together when the rodeo sauce is added. It's fresh, non-greasy, and tastes so different from anything you'd get at a drive-thru. I'd happily eat here again, and plan to soon! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: None to speak of, unless you only want a basket of fries or onion rings.
