By far my favourite beer. Every variety that they brew kisses my pallet with great pleasure. The brewers here really know what they're doing, especially the Czech guy.

I really like their dark matter so I thought I would take my Growlerwerks growler for a fill . Big mistake - they are unfamiliar with these or possibly other pressurized growlers. I even had filled my growler with cold water to reduce the foaming. What I got was a growler partially filled with beer and at least a third full of froth and the cartridge partially discharged- when I pointed it out the person put a bit more beer in and told me it was full. You could clearly see on the sight glass that the growler was only 2/3 full. I was told that it was the cartridge displaces the beer- actually the growler has a fill line and is designed to have adequate space. Perhaps the staff could be trained in growler filling? Maybe the answer is to purchase a hoyne grower and transfer the whole 64 oz to my growler?
