Regarding the cost of the extra shot, our system doesn’t allow us to ring in the “Add Shot” modifier on its own without a drink, which is why our barista charged for a standalone double shot. We understand how that could be frustrating, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ll be speaking with our team about this situation and looking into a solution so it doesn’t happen again.
