I frequent this restaurant in Adel Ga. They are very nice people and a great waitress staff. The food is fresh and good. Very personable staff. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Rating: 0/5 Stars (If I Could) I hadn’t been back to the Adel Huddle House in over a year, and I figured I’d give it another chance. That was a terrible idea and a complete waste of $16. This location used to be really good, but I don't know what has happened over the last few years because it has gone completely downhill. The Service (Or Lack Thereof) The Wait: I waited nearly 45 minutes just to get my food. The Waitress: She seemed completely spaced out and disoriented. She brought me coffee but no silverware, entirely forgot my orange juice, and never returned to the table. The Management: The shift manager is the one who finally brought my food, but even then, I was ignored. I had to explicitly flag someone down and ask, "Hey, can I have more coffee?" just to get a refill. The Food This was hands-down the most disgusting breakfast I’ve ever eaten. The eggs were cold and undercooked. The toast wasn't even toasted—it was just plain bread. Go to Lakeland Instead The corporate office needs to send this entire Adel crew over to Lakeland, Georgia to get retrained. Lakeland has the best Huddle House around. The owner there is always on-site, making sure his staff goes above and beyond and that the guests are actually satisfied. Lakeland, you should be proud of yourselves. Adel Huddle House, shame on you. I highly recommend everyone avoid this location until they clean up their act. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. We were seated first, then another table was sat after us and somehow they were fully attended to while we were completely ignored. The server took their order and never once acknowledged us, checked on us, or offered even the bare minimum of service. It was beyond frustrating — it was flat-out disrespectful. There is no excuse for making customers sit there like they’re invisible while serving people who arrived later. That kind of service is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and care. This Huddle House in Moultrie seriously needs better staff and better management. We will not be coming back.
