I've walked out twice in 6 months because no one would take my order even though there were 4 employees standing there. One waiting tables, one cleaning tables, one cooking and one just standing behind the counter looking at me. No wonder Waffle House is always busy while parking lot is empty at Huddle house. Meal type: Breakfast

5 stars bc I want you all to see this. Far as JULY 2026 the Huddle House right off 411 is RAN DOWN. The tables & seats were filled with crumbs , my cup was dirty looking=dishes, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting with poop all over the toilet, and don’t get me started on the BLACK floors.. And yes I understand this is an old location but this is gross. The cook complained out loud about having to cook the WHOLE time(they took 2 customer’s order before ours as well. Saying “those customers were being demanding.”) The other 2 employees watched the main waiter struggle as they sat around on their devices, she was obviously new and hadn’t been properly trained. The waiter took my order all wrong but she seemed more frustrated about her mistake than me as she began to tear up. At checkout still no one helped her with our bill, I let her know it was no big deal and that I understand these toxic work environments and tipped her. Right after checking out this sweet lady quit her job due to poor training and teamwork. She had only been there two weeks HOW CAN SHE KNOW EVERYTHING ON HER OWN? They need to hire team players not mean girls and sassy men who are lazy. @HUDDLE HOUSE if you’ve gotten to the point where you’re hiring people like this why not shut down#JUSTICEFORTHEWAITRESS Meal type: Breakfast

Food and service was great. Restaurant needs to be cleaned up floors and tables were nasty my dad and me were here a little over an over and the waitress’s were more worried about playing on their phones than doing their job A dirty restaurant give the cook 100 for great food and keeping his area clean 06/17/2026 12:00pm Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
