Humblebrags Eatery was a delightful spot on a rainy morning. We came in at 10:00am on a rainy Monday and we were pleasantly surprised that there was plenty of seating. Being our first time, we sat down and reviewed the menu. The breakfast options are plentiful with a mix of traditional breakfast options as well as some signature-esqe options. The coffee was good. I've had my fair share of coffee at breakfast places where the coffee tasted burnt, but thankfully this wasn't the case here. They had a nice variety of creamers as well as half-n-half. For my main course, I went with the Green Eggs & Ham. The cilantro sauce had excellent flavor, though the amount of liquid in the dish did completely sop up the English muffin. The prosciutto was very thick cut, which was strange as I'm used to the very thin slice. The prosciutto was also slightly chewy rather than crispy. Flavor wise, the dish was excellent. The salt comes almost exclusively from the prosciutto, so make sure you cut it and evenly distribute. Pictured as well are the home fries, which were essentially just fries with onion and peppers. These were nothing special, but not disappointing. I do wish they were a little more crisp though. The flavor was good. Because it wasn't busy this morning, the service was good. The ticket time was very nice as well. Some places take eons to bring out your food, which was not the case here. All-in-all, I would go back to Humblebrags for my breakfast. They do also have a nice dinner menu and drink menu, but I can't review what I didn't have. The food was good. The decor was good. The staff was friendly. If you're looking for something to try, go ahead and stop in!
