Not the HILTON but we were treated better then most $300+ a night establishments I’ve encountered. Cleanliness ease of check in. Managers are exceptionally welcoming and approachable. Secure parking onsite. Genuine concern regarding the last minute and unexpected reason for our booking, as we were evacuated from my home due to bushfires directly impacting our property, shower head was unmanageable and washed the shower cubicle better then person using it (informed management upon checkout who apologised and genuinely appreciated the negative feedback.) Service: 5

Clean and tidy rooms, with crisp linen and complimentary tea, coffee, milk and soaps. However the whole vibe of the hotel is dated and the amenities need some TLC and upgrades. We had 2 cold taps in the shower for example, nothing super inconvenient but just needs some attention. We were concerned itinerary by the proximity to a major road, but the road noise didn’t bother us at all. It was easy to find and a great location. Service: 5
